On November 28, 2015, NBL Canada held its fifth entry draft. Twenty-four men were drafted and invited to their respective team’s training camps.

PRIOR TO THE DRAFT:

(a) The Island received Moncton’s second pick (first round) in exchange for the rights to Dwayne Smith (Oct 29 2014); Moncton received overall 2nd pick & the rights to Cordell Jeanty from The Island, who received the rights to Dwayne Smith and the overall sixth pick (1st round) (Nov 28 2015).

(b) Halifax received the fourth pick (first round) from London for the rights to Sefton Barrett (Feb 7 2015).

(c) London received the fifth pick (first round) from The Island for the rights to Nick Okorie (Nov 4 2015), who in turn received the pick from the Brampton A’s for the rights to Chris Cayole (Oct 24 2014).

(d) Moncton received The Island’s first-round pick in exchange for the rights to Cordell Jeanty (Oct 30 2014); The Island received overall 6th pick and the rights to Dwayne Smith from Moncton, who received the rights to Cordell Jeanty and the overall second pick (1st round) (Nov 28 2015).

(e) London received the seventh pick (first round) from the Island for the rights to Nick Okorie (Nov 4 2051), who received the pick from Brampton A’s for the rights to Chris Cayole (Oct 24 2014), who in turn received it from Halifax for the rights to Kevin Francis (Oct 23 2015).

(f) Orangeville A’s received sixth pick (2nd round) and sixth pick (3rd round) from The Island Storm in exchange for the rights to Chris Cayole (Oct 24 2014).

(g) Halifax received Windsor’s eighth pick (2nd round) in exchange for the rights to Tim Parham.

(h) Saint John received Windsor’s eighth pick (3rd round) in exchange for the rights to Jahmal McQueen.
